Problem Statement

Family caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer's and related dementias often struggle to find and access the non-medical support they need. The abundance of scattered information and lack of centralized resources lead to confusion and frustration, hindering caregivers from obtaining timely assistance.​

UX Design Solution: Develop an intuitive, centralized digital platform that consolidates support resources, educational materials, and community events, enabling caregivers to easily find and access the help they need without added stress.

Target Users:

Primary Users:

  • Family caregivers (ages 35–70) supporting loved ones with Alzheimer's or dementia.

  • Individuals seeking community, resources, and emotional support.

Secondary Users:

  • Healthcare professionals looking to refer families.

  • Volunteers or donors seeking involvement.
